There are several types of organizational learning for employees and these are well known. Onboarding, management training, skills development, sales, and compliance training are commonplace. But what about extending learning to the enterprise? What about training your customers, suppliers, and distributors? What if your point of sale partners were fully trained in your products - and what if they had the resources to train your end users on the benefits and attributes of your products? Often the most expensive and complex part of establishing a learning program is the learning management system (LMS).
